[Blog News] Ayyy ya boi Billy might be streaming (as a vtuber? jk…. unless….?)

Soooo remember for April Fools this year I “debuted” as a Vtuber (it was a joke video).

Well I finally managed to gather enough courage, resources and I guess time to make it a bit of a reality–in other words I would like to start streaming again (last time I streamed was 2018, but that was more like a joke stream too).

I’ll talk more about it under the ‘read more’ cut.

[Big News!!] I have an announcement to make

Yesterday was my last day at my job. After working my ass off for the past years, I feel like I deserve a nice break of not working lol.

From here on out I would like to dedicate my life to enjoying things again and that also means getting back to playing games (in-between my studies that is lol).

I also talked about this in a previous post, but I have been thinking about streaming the games I want to play, particularly Japanese otome games. I was playing around with the idea of using a Vtuber-like model when streaming and after putting up a poll I see that readers are interested in seeing me stream with a Vtuber model.

So I went ahead and commissioned the best live2D modeller and a famous artist–jk I’m too broke for that. I went ahead and played around with VRoid, a free character-creating software for Vtubing / VRChat, to make my model.

I can’t quite stream just yet, I have some things to prepare in order to stream smoothly. Instead I prepared a little debut introduction video so y’all can get to know me a bit better.

It will premiere 1 hour after this post publishes which is:

10PM, 31st March (PST) / 1AM, 1st April (EST) / 2PM, 1st April (JST)
