Global interactive entertainment brand HoYoverse announced today that its romance detective title, Tears of Themis, will launch a new limited-time event series, “Mystery of Bakerlon,” on October 10, 2023.
The chess pieces are all in formation, and each move forward is like a perfectly choreographed dance. As the train traverses the mist, the melody gradually ends. Amidst the mist and pouring rain, fate continues to weave a tapestry of truth and deception. A large-scale themed event, “Mystery of Bakerlon,” will be released on 2023/10/10 11:00 (UTC+9), with exciting events and generous giveaways!
The main story of Tears of Themis takes place in the fictitious city of Stellis, where players kick off their legal career as a rookie attorney, solving cases and issues by conducting investigations and debates.
When the darkness hidden beneath finally unveils itself, a sinister force that threatens justice and order slowly begins to surface.
The four male protagonists with distinct personalities, also known as the members of the NXX Investigation Team, provide continuous support and assistance throughout this journey. Relationships blossom with the establishment of mutual trust and close cooperation.
This time, the story is set in a romantic and misty city with a vintage aesthetic. To commemorate the launch of the luxury train, Mobius, the Kahn family which owns the train is holding a grand embarkation ceremony.
Numerous prominent merchants are invited to the ceremony, and so are the NXX members. When the night falls, a blurry “shadow” appears from the depth of the darkness in the carriage, making hoarse sounds like a wailing soul. What dark secrets are lurking in this train that has traveled for a hundred years?
During the event, the four male leads’ Event Shadow of Themis will be available for a limited time. There will also be an increased draw rate for the event limited SSR cards.
“You’re there, every second of every minute for the rest of my life.” Despite the loud melody, the sound of Luke’s heartbeats cannot be concealed, and every dance step is like a whisper of his love.
“Sure, I promise you. When the storm stops, that will be the time we meet again.” The hazy glow of twilight gently illuminates the platform. In this moment, Artem’s clear eyes are filled with deep, wordless affection.

Starting 2023/10/10, the “Mystery of Bakerlon” Main Story tasks will be released in stages. Participate in the event and complete these tasks to obtain the event-limited Badge, R cards, and other rewards.
Along with the Main Story tasks, “Crystal Research” tasks will also be available. Keep track of key characters and observe the situations in the carriages to complete the tasks.
Obtain various Bakerlon Crystals and Commemorative Etiquette Tickets to exchange them for the event-limited Invitation “Endless Train,” Tears of Themis – Limited, and other rich rewards.
In addition, while enjoying the beautiful scenery and sumptuous delicacies on this journey, complete the “Leisurely Trip” limited-time tasks to obtain Tears of Themis – Limited and other level-up materials!

Marius’ Special Consultation Event starts from October 3 until October 10! Take part in Special Consultation cases to gain rewards! The highest reward being Marius’ “Fervour” Outfit.
You may need to spend some S-Chips in order to get enough points to unlock the outfit as Special Consultation cases are limited to about 3-per day (plus the big case after clearing 3 cases) and can only be refreshed after paying up in S-Chips.
The NXX boys are travelling around the world (well mostly in Asia)! First stop: London! From here on out, Tears of Themis will be hosting offline events in different countries with cryptic puzzles and codes to crack.

Tears of Themis will be introducing a new feature, the Stellar Contribution Reward System. You will be able to get rewards from this system such as the new permanent Invitations shown in the PV above. No need to rush as these are permanently available as rewards.
